Why can't my customers access my coupon Posted last year by Kelly Cottier in All Products

Hello,

I have included the link that you provided me for my first coupon for our business. . . I have sent it to several customers and am trying to send it to several more.  However, one of my customers has already emailed me saying that they can't access it, because they've already printed it. . . Which they haven't, as it was only their first time accessing the link.  Please help!

Hi Kelly,

So sorry for the delayed reply.

Did you embed the link in your mail chimp email? Were other customers able to access the coupon?

If so then you can click on the 'admin' button on your coupon page in zoomdeals and reset the coupon so your customer can access it.

Let me know if that solves it.

What do you mean embed in mail chimp email?  Not one customer has been able to access this coupon.  Any other suggetios?
